I would like to draw your attention to a problem that frequently occurs with the No․ 35 buses. There is a bus stop about halfway along Fenny Road, at which the No․ 35 buses are supposed to stop. It would appear, however, that some of your drivers are either unaware of this bus stop or for some reason choose to ignore it, driving past even though the buses are not full. I would be grateful if you could remind your drivers that this bus stop exists and that they should be prepared to stop at it.
